Chicken Corn Soup

Assalamualaikum selamat pagi, jam baru menunjukan pukul 11.38 pagi, tapi perut nie dah berbunyi mintak diisi hehhe , tadi pagi bfast roti & teh ..kebetulan masa tu wan ada cuba 1 resepi..emmm resepi ni wan dapt kat blog Pn Yani Deco Choco. sedap... jom kita layan resepi mohon cnp resepi ya tima kasih kongsi resepi nie...

CHICKEN CORN SOUP....Vermont Street Style :)


  • 3 tbsp peanut oil ( ganti dgn butter)
  • 3 crushed garlics
  • 1000ml water
  • 2 chicken breast - finely minced
  • 1 can of corn kernel - blend to get a smoother texture
  • 2 eggs smoothly beaten
  • a cup of home made chicken stock ( hat ni guna chicken stock maggie)
  • a pinch of salt
  1. Heat oil and add garlic. Fry until golden brown. Add in water and bring to a boil. Add minced chicken and corn. Let it simmer. 
  2. Then, add eggs and stir continuously counter clockwise and then rotating the cycle. Add the chicken stock. Salt to taste. Garnish with spring onion. Serve hot. You may enjoy it with wholemeal bread. :)
